Why is an amount reserved in my wallet first when I want to drive out?

If you are parked in a garage, the parking garage can only calculate how long you have been there and how much you have to pay exactly after you have left. That is why we first reserve a basic amount in your wallet. This amount depends on the parking garage. When you have finished driving, our app automatically calculates the final amount you have to pay and we release the rest in the app. This way you always pay the exact amount and never too much!
