After paying in the app, you have 15 minutes to exit. If you have not driven out within 15 minutes, the garage will block your payment. In that case, the money you paid will be refunded to your wallet. Unfortunately, you cannot pay with the app again in this case, because the parking garage blocks this. In this case you can pay with the normal parking ticket at the machine.
