If a connector indicates 'earth fault', the RCD has tripped. Then there is an overload or leakage current. You must and can solve this problem yourself, often the system restarts automatically. In the event of an earth fault, you will receive a notification from us via SMS or app, which contains the solution. Causes of the malfunction can be: moisture in the cable/plug, rusty washing machine, etc. AanUit can mean little to you from a distance.
