For iPhone: You can change your email address in the app. Tap 'account' at the bottom right. Then you can press 'name, address, e-mail'. Here you can change all personal information, including your email address.
For Android: You cannot change your e-mail address yourself in the Android app. We can adjust that for you. Send us an email via helpdesk@ease2pay.nl with the last three digits of your linked bank account, the details of your last transaction (a screenshot from the app or a bank statement) and your new email address.
