It is possible that you are on location and that you can not find the connector number in the application. That is possible, there can be multiple reasons why a specific connector number is not shown in the application. The connector might not work or other users have experienced a lot of problems with this connector so we decided to take it off the app.
Unfortunately, if the connector number is not shown in the application, we can not turn it on for you. Maybe you can try to activate the connector number on the location itself, otherwise you need to find another connector.
