If you want to cancel your reservation, you must first log in to the AanUit app or on the AanUit website. Then go to 'Reservations' and click on the arrow on the right side of your reservation. Then click cancel to end the reservation. Please note: cancellation costs will automatically be charged when you cancel your reservation. We do this to prevent everyone from canceling on the day of reservation, as a result of which camping pitches or harbor pitches are suddenly completely empty.
If there is a valid reason for cancellation, we can credit the cancellation costs charged. Explain why you canceled to servicedesk@ease2pay.nl.
