How do I activate a service?

Step 1: Sign up

If you do not yet have an account with AanUit, you can first create one for free via If you have created an account or already have an existing account, you can use all AanUit points in the Netherlands. To do this, first login in the app or on the website.

Step 2: Switch on the power supply, water point or mooring/mooring fees

Select the location where you are in the app or on the website. You can do this by searching the list or the map for the correct name. Activate your standing or mooring fee first, otherwise you will unfortunately not be able to use the electricity or water (unless a specific location has set that you can also purchase electricity or water without having started a stay).

Step 3: Turn off power supply, water point, or mooring/mooring fees

You can turn off mooring fees, electricity and water in the same way you activated the relevant service (see step 2). Please note: removing the power cable from the power strip does not end the delivery, you must switch off the delivery via the app or the website! You must also terminate the water supply yourself.
