How can I reach customer service?

To ask a question to the Ease2pay customer service, we ask you to fill in our ticket form. This can be done in the following way:


1. Go to https://freshdesk.ease2pay.nl/support/tickets/new 

2. Fill in the form here with your details and your question

3. Press 'submit'


You will then receive an email confirming that your ticket has been received by us. We try to answer your question within 2 working days.
